Older versions of Mac OS X will show a message that the shipment can only be viewed online. The only workaround is to update to Mac OS X 10.9 or later. As a result of that, Dashboard itself can no longer connect to their sites in older versions of Mac OS X. Postal Service recently updated their browser requirements.
